What Traction is for

Traction is also known as App Traction.

Traction helps app developers get their apps found and downloaded on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Traction is a web app for app developers. It helps you grow your apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play: research and score keywords, track the competitors that outrank you, write store listings and screenshots, reply to reviews, and follow each app's installs, store traffic and revenue in one dashboard.

How Traction uses your data

You connect your own accounts, and Traction uses them only to show you your own apps. With a Google Play Console service account you create, Traction reads your apps' store listings, reviews and Play Console reports (installs and store listing traffic), and posts review replies when you ask it to. With App Store Connect it does the same for your iOS apps. If you connect Google Analytics, Traction reads your apps' usage metrics to show them to you. Your keys are encrypted and never shared with other accounts. We don't sell personal data, and we don't share it for advertising.
