Refund and Cancellation Policy
How to cancel, and when you can get money back.

Cancelling
Cancel any time from Billing → Manage subscription. It takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for — you keep full access until then, and you're not charged again.
You don't need to email anyone or give a reason.
Free trial
A first subscription to the Solo plan starts with a 7-day free trial; the other plans don't have one. Nothing is charged during it. Cancel before it ends, from Billing → Manage subscription, and you pay nothing; you keep access until the trial's last day.
If you don't cancel, the first monthly charge is taken on the day the trial ends. That charge is covered by the refund terms below, like any other.
Refunds
If Traction didn't work as described, tell us at traction at asotraction.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
Beyond that, subscriptions are generally not refunded for periods you've had access to — but we'd rather sort out a genuine problem than argue about it, so ask.
Refunds are issued by Sold through Link, LLC as the merchant of record, back to the original payment method. You can ask either us or them; a refund request about the payment itself can go straight to them.
Consumer rights
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. Because the service is available immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that starting straight away can affect that right. Nothing in this policy removes rights you have by law.
Failed payments
A failed payment doesn't cancel your subscription immediately. We email you, and the account continues unchanged for 7 days, then becomes read-only for 30 days, then export-only. Your data isn't deleted.
